It may be called a cake, but ice cream is the operative phrase here. Two thick layers of any of the housemade specialties at this Mount Prospect fave are mixed with fudge or Oreo chunks ($30), then  accented with a touch of frosting. You could eat it with a fork, but this cake has spoon (and “more, please?”) written all over it.
