Pastry chef Michelle Garcia runs this punky, organic, vegan-friendly bakery in Roscoe Village. Here, she’s doing all the bars and cookies that she earned a rep for in her original space on Chicago Avenue, plus croissants, quiche and savory tea cakes (for those who don’t subsist purely on sugar). Don’t miss the Elvis cake (chocolate cake with peanut butter and bacon)—available through special order—or the cupcake menu, which varies every month.
