We've got spirit, yes we do—now what to do with it? United Spirit Athletics provides an outlet for youth, tween and teen spirit with this cheerleading and poms workshop that builds strength, flexibility, jump techniques, group synchronization, and of course, teamwork. Times vary for age groups; sessions are offered for 10–18, 5–18 and 5–10. For My Gym classes, register directly through mygymchicago@gmail.com.
