"Maharaja: The Splendor of India's Royal Courts."

While the royals in London have been hogging the spotlight lately, this exhibition focuses on India's former rulers, namely the maharajas. Covering the period from the 1700s to the 1940s, the exhibit paints a picture of their elaborate processions, the inner sanctum of a palace and dazzling artifacts fit for a king, or queen, including jewelry, weaponry, costumes and artwork.
