Kohl Children's Museum

Catering to kids 8 and under, the state-of-the-art, eco-friendly Kohl has plenty of indoor exhibition space, including a pint-sized grocery store and a water play area ("WaterWays") where budding seafarers can design their own boats and control water pressure gigs. Habitat Park, the museum's two acres of outdoor exhibition space, provides year-round access to the outdoors in a fenced-off site with a landscaped garden, sculpture trail and interactive tools to get kids gardening (and good and dirty for the ride back). Don't miss the new "Pattern Wizardry" exhibit, where kids can walk in mirrored kaleidoscopes to get lost in musical spiral finger mazes.
