“Bikes! The Green Revolution”

Chicago is incredibly bike-friendly, so it's not too surprising that one of the city's museums has decided to pay homage to our pedal-powered wonders. This Notebaert-produced exhibition takes Chicago’s bike culture for a spin, looking at the past, present and future of "America’s most democratic and sustainable form of transportation." Among the highlights on display are a two-story “franken-bike” and an 1800s-style high-wheel bike (the kind with the tiny back wheel).
