They're so money

To celebrate Chicago’s Money Smart Week, coming up April 20 to 26, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is holding an essay contest for area students in fifth to eighth grades. Six finalists (like these from last year), who aptly use the allotted 300 words or less to examine the topic of why to invest in their college education, will be awarded laptop computers—and one winner will receive a $5,000 college scholarship.
